為什麼我們在氣溫比37度時會也感到熱?

我們的體溫是37度例如30度在我們的體溫比外界溫度高時理應熱能只會由我們的身體散失到空氣中但為何我們會感到熱? 好像是我們的身體吸收了熱能

因為我們身體是發熱體,如果外界溫度越高時,我們身體散失的熱量的速度便越慢。因此體內積蓄的熱便慢慢令身體溫度上升。所以你會覺得越來越熱。 另外身體機制會使身體排多一點汗去散熱,但外界溫度和濕度會影響汗液的揮發,因此也會引致熱能不積蓄和體溫上升。所以濕度高時,我們會覺得比較悶熱。
