Do you think after 30 years or sooner , the business will build a 200 floors department or office building in some where of the world ? Do you think it is make sense ? I think the make business ideal is using it for tourist attraction place.

my answer to your question will be Yes and No. i agree that the height of bulding has been increasing. however the height of building is not the only factor that makes it attractive! i project that buildings in the coming decade will be close to 100 floor [for better utilization of land use]. for tourism purpose, buildings will be built more likely in various strange shapes and materials. I believe buildings of strange shapes that challenge the state of engineering and of new materials that shift people's paradigm will likely to be the trend.
