日立32吋等離子電視用了3年屏幕出現黑線 剛開機會出現約半寸粗打直的黑線，15分鐘後會漸變得幼，但不會完全消失 已經過了維修保養，見住條黑線就愈來愈怒， 想問大家意見...

I think it is not the problem of the panel because if there are dead pixels, it will not change from thick black line to a think one. Try to get it checked before you decide if you want to repair it. After all, Plasma produces better picture quality than LCD TV.
