如果我係1月31遞信, 咁離職應該係邊日? 2月得28日同埋有新年假, 咁我d al 係未都可以扣埋ga? 仲有6日呀

Let me explain for you as follows: If you resigned on 31st Jan and the post requires 1-month notice, your official last day is 28th Feb. It does not consider those public holidays or else. Even in this month we have 3 public holidays, you still depart after the end of this month. But if you have annual leaves not yet enjoyed, you can claim for the equivalent daily salaries from them. This is legally protected and this is also your own interest. If you want to use the annual leave to cover several days and quit earilier than the expected date, you need to address clearly on the resignation letter before approval. Else, the company has also problems to recruit one person replacing you shortly. Do not forget the letter of certificate is still on the hand of your employer.
